Over the past nearly two decades, I’ve litigated attorneys’ fee disputes from both plaintiff (seeking fees) and defense (seeking to avoid or reduce fees) sides in trial, evidentiary hearing and arbitration settings in a variety of factual settings.
I’ve also researched and written frequently on the topic of recovering fees in commercial litigation.
I offer opinion witness testimony (including affidavit, deposition and trial testimony) in the areas of breach of contract, attorneys’ fees litigation, business torts, real estate disputes, and creditor’s rights/collection cases.
